Cupid's Dart
Fantastic service! We stayed in February after a big freeze and the hot tub wasn\'t working so we were offered a cabin 3 doors down. We moved and the hot tub at the second cabin also had freeze damage and wasn\'t working. Long story short - gave us an extra night for free and gave us access to the first unit once the hot tub was fixed and had the hot tub fixed at our second cabin the very next day. They are great to work with and are super accommodating. We will definitely stay with them again. 5 star service!!!!

Bliss
As always the cabin was a wonderful getaway for me and my wife. This is our 3rd time staying in the cabin. It has always been very clean upon arrival! I would suggest maybe a Bluetooth radio upgrade to the cabin and maybe some mood lighting on the back deck! We will be returning to the cabin for years to come! Thanks

Grandma's Gift
We love the cabin and the upgrades since our last stay. The location is great and very convenient to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. My only issue is the mattress being too firm. But, we will definitely be back.

Serenity
The Chalet was the perfect little cottage getaway! Had the basic necessities needed for the stay. Knowing ahead of time what was provided, we supplemented what we knew we would need to get through our stay for the week. It’s in the PERFECT location away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but still close enough to get to it as well! Cant wait for our next adventure and will definitely be booking with this group again!

Enchanted
My husband and I stayed in the “Enchanted” cabin and it exceeded our expectations by far! The cabin was not only beautiful, but it was immaculately clean. The view was spectacular, the cabin was nice a private, communication between myself and smcrentals was always friendly and warm. I would book this cabin again in a heart beat.

Three Bears
Although the view from Three Bears isnt as spectacular as the view from Serenity, the staff and booking specialists are fantastic! They care about the needs of the guests and endure that you have everything you need for a fabulous time! We will visit again next year and plan to continue to book with Smokey Mountain Chalet in the future. Thank you for making our trip a great one!
